As a Matcher, you will play a vital role in the Joy From Giving community. Your mission? To guide new volunteers (Givers) on their journey, help them discover tasks that match their interests, and make sure they feel confident and inspired to give.
You’ll meet with Givers, get to know their skills, time preferences, and passions, and connect them with meaningful opportunities. With your support, they’ll find joy in giving—on their terms. No pressure. Just encouragement, empathy, and thoughtful matching.
