This role involves supporting indoor rowing training sessions for young people preparing for the Paralympic Games. You will assist coaches during training, help participants use equipment safely, and ensure each session runs smoothly. Assistance involves also helping in transfering and physically helping the athletes use the equipment.
You will also encourage participants, help maintain a positive atmosphere, and provide practical support where needed. This may include setting up rowing machines, guiding participants during exercises, and offering general assistance throughout the session.
The focus is on creating an inclusive and supportive environment where young athletes feel confident, motivated, and able to develop their skills at their own pace.
Sessions are held in Siggiewi at id-Dar tal-Providenza, every Wednesday and Friday after 5pm.
